Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Return and Exchange Period: You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Item Condition: Items must be unworn, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made items
- Sale items
- Items used for events, photoshoots, or posted wearing on social media
Return and Exchange Process
- Submit a Request: Submit your return or exchange request online within 3 days of receiving your order. Items can only be exchanged once. If you are still not satisfied after the exchange, you may return the item within 3 days for a refund or store credit.
- Approval: We will review your request and send you detailed return instructions.
- Shipping the Return: Follow the provided instructions to ship the item back to us. Ensure the item is unworn, with all tags intact.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or store credit. Return and exchange shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
