Shipping Methods and Fees

  1. Free Shipping: Free shipping on domestic and international orders over $350. The order must exceed $350 after applying any gift cards, discounts, etc.
  2. Standard Shipping: Orders under $350 will incur a $20 shipping fee.
  3. Multi-Location Shipping: If multiple items are shipped from different locations, a $40 shipping fee may apply. If this occurs, please contact us at info@example.com with your order number, and we will refund the excess $20 shipping fee.
  4. Pre-Order Items: If an order contains a pre-order item and ships separately from other items, the shipping fee is correct and will not be refunded.

Processing Time

  1. General Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, but it may take up to 7 business days. During sales, please allow an additional 10-14 business days for order processing.
  2. Shipping Carriers: Orders are usually shipped via DHL, but depending on the inventory location, we may use USPS or UPS.
  3. Expedited Shipping: Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping as most items ship from China. We recommend checking with our retail partners for expedited shipping options.

International Shipping

  1. Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
  2. Import Fees: Orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, and fees ("Import Fees"). The recipient is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse the shipment, you will be responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees, and the cost of returning the package. We strongly advise against refusing a package, as we cannot guarantee its return and you will not be eligible for a refund or compensation.

Canada, US Territories, and PO Boxes

  1. Processing Time: Orders to Canada or US territories may take up to 2 weeks to process, as they might be sent to our Los Angeles warehouse before being forwarded. Orders to PO boxes may also take up to 2 weeks to process.
  2. Tracking Information: We will send tracking information via email once your order ships.
